Bill was born "Spencer Anthony Brown, Jr." January 7, 1943 in Lee County, Arkansas to Rev. Spencer Anthony Brown, Sr. and Lee Vivian Beasley Brown. Bill died June 30, 1994 in Saint Louis, Missouri.
